- The renter agrees to ensure guests park only in permitted areas and do not block driveways, entrances, fire lanes, or neighboring access points.
- Any towing or parking violations caused by guests are the renter’s responsibility.

Damaged Tables and Chairs
- Tables and chairs are provided for normal event use.
- The renter is responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including broken legs, cracked surfaces, staining that requires replacement, or structural damage.

Renting Additional Chairs and Tables (Add-On)
- If your event requires more seating or table space than what is included, additional tables and chairs may be available as an add-on.
- Availability is not guaranteed and depends on inventory and scheduling.
- Add-on rentals must be arranged in advance so the venue can prepare the correct setup.
Bonus Party Room Rentals
- If a bonus party room is available, it may be rented as an add-on depending on the date and event type.
- Bonus room use must be confirmed in writing before the event.
- The renter is responsible for the bonus room under the same usage, cleanup, and damage terms as the main venue space.
Changes, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

- Any approved reschedule is subject to availability.
- If the renter cancels, refunds or credits, if any, follow the policy presented at checkout.
